Who are we ?
We are Novaa Tech, trading under Dylogy, a French simplified joint-stock company (“société par actions simplifiée”) having its registered office 34 rue du Lac – 69003 Lyon, France. We have designated a DPO (dpo@dylogy.com).
When you use our website or contact us, Dylogy acts as the data controller, meaning that we determine the purposes (the “why”) and means (the “how”) of processing your personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
What personal data do we collect ?

- Identification data: first and last names, job title and company,
- Contact data: professional email address and phone number.
- Other data that you may share with us directly in the form, including subject, description of your situation, expectations and needs.
We may also collect, indirectly through possible scraping tools and algorithmic solutions, from publicly available data about you:
- Other professional data: URL of your LinkedIn profile, geographic location indicated on your profile (city/region), URL of your company website.

We collect the personal data you provide to us, including when you:

- Book a demo with us;
- Subscribe to our newsletter;
- Exercise one of your rights outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Why and on what basis do we use your data ?
We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Promote our services to professionals whose activity is related to our products and services (legal basis: legitimate interest).
- Respond to your requests for information or demo (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- Manage your appointments, in particular, allow you to book, allow us to prepare the meeting, and send you notifications about the upcoming meeting (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures).
- Manage your subscription to our marketing communications or newsletter (legal basis: consent).
- Comply with legal obligations: we process your data, as required to comply with applicable laws, such as responding to requests from regulatory or judicial authorities. This includes situations where you contact us to exercise any of your rights, as outlined hereafter (legal basis: legal obligation).
Who has access to your data ?
Your data is shared only with authorized personnel at Dylogy, such as our marketing or sales teams and our technical service providers (hosting, maintenance, customer relationship management, enrichment, and management of prospecting databases, sending of emails, videoconferencing, office and calendar tools). Your data can also be shared with our external DPO and lawyers, if necessary. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Is it transferred outside the European Union?
As part of the tools and services we use, your data may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers are secured through one of the following safeguards:
- Some data may be transferred to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. For example, transfers to companies in the United States participating in the Data Privacy Framework fall under this category.
- In other cases, we have entered into specific agreements with our service providers that include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring appropriate safeguards for your data outside the EU.
How long do we keep your data ?
We retain your data for the duration strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, for the duration of processing your request, or to comply with our legal obligations.
- For commercial purposes: up to 3 years from their collection or from our last contact with you (your reply to one of our emails or your click on a hyperlink in our email), unless you object.
- For managing your right to object: up to 5 years. In case of objection to commercial prospecting, we remove your data from our contact list. However, for the purpose of managing the exercise of your right to object, we keep a record of your data on an opposition list for 5 years from the exercise of your right.
Please note that you can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
What are your rights and how to exercise them?
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data: you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it.
- Request rectification: you can ask us to update and correct your personal data (e.g. if you change email address).
- Object to the processing of your personal data, if you no longer want to be included.
- Limit the processing: you can ask us to limit how we process your personal data in certain situations.
- Request erasure: you can request that we delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”). Your data will also be deleted once the retention periods described expire.
- Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (portability).

We are committed to do everything possible to uphold your rights regarding your personal data.
